TSP I Fund
The I Fund consists of international stocks from more than 20 developed countries.
TSP I Fund Overview
The objective of the I Fund is to match the performance of the MSCI EAFE (Europe, Australasia, Far East) Index. The I Fund is a passively managed fund which means that your investment will remain the same regardless of stock market movements or general economic conditions. The I Fund has a moderate to high investment risk and historically is more volatile than the C Fund. As the MSCI EAFE Index returns move up and down, your I Fund will be subject to market risk. Further, because it is exposed to currency risk, the EAFE Index, and thus your I Fund returns, will rise and fall as the value of the U.S. dollar shifts up and down relative to currencies in other countries within the EAFE index.
